But staying consist day in day out with a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner, that’s a whole different ball game. Wanna know a secret? People do it every day, and it doesn’t have to be boring or monotonous.

One on One Personal Training

For just $60, you receive 60 minutes of one on one personal training. I’ll be with you every step of the way helping to make sure you have the proper form.

 

$40 once a week

With a Group of 2 or More

Bring a friend and save some dough.

$ 110 twice a week

One on One Personal Training

For the best results, plan to come in 2 times a week. You’ll be in the best shape of your life before you know it.

 

$ 75 twice a week

With a Group of 2 or More

There’s nothing quite like having the accountability of doing this with a friend. I highly recommend it if possible!
